hey guys i have ppp and im 14 fuck… they are very unsightly and they are bugging me so bad seems everything bad happens to me, i know they arnt harmful but i here you cant get them removed is their anyway to hide them then? like cover them up so people wont notice? like in the showers in gym class soon people wil lstart noticeing them if they are making fun of me being uncircumcised and also i have bumps on top not quite of the rim almost at the bottom of the head is this ppp too? its hrad to explain not underneath the head bumps ones on the other side?

See your Dr or a dermatologist about it:they can be removed if if bugs you that much.
Yes these are PPP’S too or are they white then they are Fordyces-spots:also harmless and can be cured as well.

pearly penile papules develop on the crown of the glans (the bit where it joins the shaft) and so would be covered up by the foreskin and out of sight generally speaking unless you have retracted your foreskin.
It’s better to be uncut, mate… so be proud of your dick.
You might be talking about something else… like fordyce spots or something. Not sure about the bumps or what they are … but nobody looks as closely at your dick as you do… perhaps they aren’t as noticeable as you think.
I think you can get them removed, you wuld have to see a doctor though. They’re quite normal though (as is being intact, not circumcised), a lot of men have them. So don’t worry about them too much.
